How to Contact Support
To get started, one of your designated super-users should reach out to us via email at support@roxen.com. You can contact us in English, Swedish, or Norwegian.
Using email helps us keep a clear record of your request for future reference. Please be sure to include a detailed description of the issue, along with any relevant screenshots, log files, or other supporting documents.
Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Standard Support
For regular support requests, we’ll respond by the end of the next business day (in your Roxen territory). We’re here to assist you!
Extended Support
For urgent, production-critical issues, we offer an extended support service that ensures a response within one hour of phone activation by your super-users. To activate extended support, please:
- Include the word “Urgent” in the subject line of your initial email
- Call the appropriate phone number listed below
